almex.smartfare is the ideal solution for contactless electronic ticketing. The terminal features easy operation for fast passenger boarding and long service life due to wear-resistant materials. In addition, it provides for optimal security via proven system software that prevents from fraudulent use. It is understood, that the almex.smartfare supports check-in / check out with or without a best price determination.

A two-way data communication ensures for high data security. Data processing as well as statistical evaluation is performed via a comfortable backoffice system.

almex.smartfare is part of the Almex ticketing and revenue control system. Using additional modules, the device can be easily upgraded to a Geldkarte-application (almex.smartcash).

The first initialisation of the smart cards as well as its evaluation in ticket agencies occurs via the Almex Card Manager (ACM). A ticket top-up can be easily performed on busses or in ticket agencies using a ticket printer and a connected almex.smartfare.
